We were having problems with our relatively new laptop. We seemed to have had an SSD that would no... longer respond. We were at wits end because there were a lot of family photos and records on the laptop we could ill afford to lose. I contacted Nerds in a Flash via email. I received a response to my questions within a day or less. After I asked a few more questions, we arranged a ‘visit’ and our issues were resolved.The ‘visit’ consisted of James coming by and talking with me a bit more about the issue and picking up the SSD. Within three days he was back with a backup drive with our information. He was concerned that he may not have recovered all that we sought. Everything we needed was recovered and the quality, price and responsiveness is incomparable. I highly recommend Nerds in a Flash and wish them all the best. Thank you James!read more
