Lite
This plan includes all of the automation from our systems and software agents. Including patch management, antivirus management, Antivirus itself (which is included in this plan), daily maintenance, machine monitoring, etc But excludes any human interaction with the Nerds without a cost. If engagement is needed whether remotely through the help desk or onsite there is a service charge. This plan is ideal if you want you and your employees machines to be as protected as possible but don’t have the budget for the Discreet or Elite Plan.
Discreet
Remote managed IT support. You won’t see us, but you’ll know we’re there, keeping your computers running fast, your network up and your business operating at full capacity. The Discreet plan gives you unlimited access to our remote IT help desk, so if things go haywire, just let our remote computer techs know and we’ll patch in and fix it. Whether you need remote IT support in Austin or remote IT support in San Antonio, the nerds have your back.
Elite
Remote and onsite managed IT support. For businesses that need hands-on tech support, the Elite plan keeps computer technicians and computer support specialists at your immediate disposal. When you don’t need us, we’ll be working remotely to make sure all your IT services needs are covered. Like the Discreet plan, our Elite plan comes with unlimited support – both remote and onsite. And for everyone, our IT support specialists are available in Greater Austin and San Antonio!

When you or your staff are in a jam and the issue cannot be resolved remotely (IE a computer won’t turn on, internet is down, etc) we dispatch a technician that hour to your company. Not two days from now. We always use our guys, not contractors. Downtime is lost money and employee productivity, that’s why we provide ourselves in our responsiveness and knowledge (one without the other is useless).

Because although automation is great, often times there are things that just cannot be detected. When we login manually we are able to verify speed, security, general performance, are all services and applications that should be running actually running, and a general feel for what the health of the server is. There are somethings that you simply cannot get the full effect of without taking the time and verifying with your own hands that everything is ok. When its not, we hop into action immediately.
