You and your technician will meet in an area much like a instant messenger at that point. After you grant permision, by pressing one simple button, your NIAF Technician will begin repairing your computer right before your eyes. You will be able to watch the technician repair your computer much like riding in the cockpit of an airplane, without ever having to take the controls. At the end of the session, the connection between your computer and your technicians computer will terminate. At this point it is not possible for your technician to view your computer again unless you receive a new "combination".
